Heartline is (fortunately!) not a large company and unfortunately it is not possible to ship orders for free without artificially increasing the price for the customers who buy our products in the showroom!
This way you get a unique product for a fair price, packed with personal attention and brought to the post office especially for you!

- Joop will do his best to get the order to your home in two working days! *
- In holiday periods and in special circumstances this may take longer.
- To save the environment, your order will be delivered in reused boxes.
- PostNL / bpost will offer the parcel up to twice or, if possible, deliver it to the neighbours.
- If delivery is unsuccessful, you can pick up the parcel at the nearest PostNL / bpost collection point for 3 weeks. The postman will inform you about this.
* For Belgian customers this can sometimes take a little longer. Sometimes parcels are randomly unpacked and checked by customs. It may be that the delivery takes two, three days longer. I have even experienced cases where it takes a week longer... I ask for your understanding in these situations.

Several (not all) European countries are listed In the check-out page. The costs for shipping to other European countries vary. It is often the case that the further you are from the Netherlands, the more expensive it will be. If you want to place a larger order, please contact Joop for available options and shipping rates.

Shipping to the United Kingdom and other non-listed countries
Unfortunately, I don't ship to Canada or the USA.
If your country isn't listed in the check-out page, please place your order manually via the contact form. Since the shipping costs to some countries depend on the weight and size of the product, it is necessary to calculate the shipping costs manually. To place your order: send a message through the contact form and Joop will give you a calculation of the total price, including shipping costs.

All products that you order in our web shop can also be collected from the showroom in Annen by appointment!

The showroom is open 7 days a week, by appointment only. One phone call, one ride to Annen and you can see, feel and experience all skins and accessories live! Joop can be reached via +31(0)6 542 44 841.

- For example, choose for evening delivery (between 18:00-22:00, NL only).
- Or have it delivered to a PostNL / bpost collection point (NL/BE)
