Exchanges and returns

Not satisfied with your order? No problem! Joop doesn't have a problem with that. If we both stick to a few rules, everything will be fine!

  • 14 days cooling down period on all products
  • I would like to see the skins and accessories in the same condition and unused again in Anloo.
  • The shipping costs are paid by the customer

Exception to the revocation right

Products that are custom-made for the customer are legally excluded from the right of return. This includes, for example, sheep rugs that are tailor-made according to the customer's wishes. In consultation with Joop it is possible to make an exception to this, but he can always refuse the request on the basis of the exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

Step-by-step exchange and return

  1. Contact Joop within 14 days using the contact form, or by calling 06 542 44 841 and let us know which product you would like to exchange or return. This can be done with this revocation form. You may give a reason, but you don't have to! Joop is curious, so you do him a big favor :) 
  2. From the moment you report your return, you have (again) 14 days to return your package. The shipping costs of the return shipment are for your own account. When sending letterbox mail, the sender bears the risk.

  3. Of course, you may also return to the showroom yourself! You can then immediately see if there is something else nice for you. (The showroom is located at the Spijkerboorsdijk 4 in Annen. Only open by appointment).
  4. As soon as the return shipment has been received you will receive a confirmation by email.
  5. Your purchase amount including the initial shipping costs (not the shipping costs of your return) will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

 

Did you pay with Paypal? In certain cases you can get a refund of your return shipping costs!

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you received your goods without giving any reason. You must send the goods back within 14 days after informing the trader. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the goods from your home to the shop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, you need to return the goods with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to us.
